NEWS :

Director A R Murugadoss has revealed few interesting tidbits about Thuppakki's storyline. The film slated to release on November 13th, is not based on the 26/11 attacks that rocked Mumbai, as many guessed. Murugadoss says the film alerts people to the possibility of such attacks.

Murugadoss, now a relieved man after the court ruling, says Vijay is the apt choice as he is a superstar with a huge fan following but also with a common man's demeanor. Lot of research has gone into the making of the film and not even a single shot of the movie has been canned in Chennai, he adds.
