Finally I would give a rating of 3/5 for these reasons :
I felt this movie to be too close to Gautam menon's Ye maya chesave..,


 Cons:

• In this movie nani and samantha would break up for three times
• first when they were kids, the next time in their school age , third time when grow up.., finally at they get together at the time of Nani's marriage.., this play is pretty similar to that of Ymc.

• One more thing is - In YMC , hero goes to goa for a shoot and he asks samantha not to come and they would break up..., In YVM hero would go to Kerala to do his MBA course and again he asks samantha not to come and they will break up!!

Pros:

• Even Krishnudu's role was much smiler compared to his role in Ye maya chesave.
• One thing i felt good in this movie is krishnudu's comedy and his spoof of YMC in YVM !!
